Joshua Schafer

Joshua Schafer is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Grote Industries, where responsibilities include leading headlamp design and managing cross-functional teams for automotive and off-highway vehicle lighting projects. Joshua's extensive experience encompasses roles at Halliburton as a Wireline Senior Field Professional, overseeing oil well logging crews, and at Delphi as a Hardware Test Engineer, where project management and automotive electronics testing were key duties. Joshua also held internships at Evonik and Arvin Sango Incorporated, gaining valuable engineering skills. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, an MS in Engineering from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University. Joshua also served at the United States Air Force Academy. Additionally, Joshua serves as a City Council member for the 4th District in the City of Madison, Indiana.
