Carolyn Becker

Carolyn Becker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in utilities administration and engineering. Since May 2007, Carolyn has served as the Senior Utilities Administrative Specialist at the City of Mankato. Prior to that, Carolyn worked at HickoryTech from August 1999 to February 2007 in various capacities, including Facility Engineer, where responsibilities included programming video and DSL services and managing facility assignments. Additionally, as a Facilities Clerk, Carolyn handled work order routing and service programming, and as an Accounting Clerk, managed accounts receivable and customer service functions. Carolyn began a career in the financial sector as an Insurance Agent with Catholic Financial Life from May 1998 to August 1999 and processed accounts payable at Taylor Corporation in 1997-1998. Carolyn holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has completed studies at South Dakota State University and Blue Earth Area High School.
