Fatima Praxedis Garcia

Fatima Praxedis Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Fatima began their career as a Scholar at College Possible, where they dedicated time to college preparation and community service. Fatima then served as an Urban Scholar at the Minneapolis Convention Center, where they developed training materials and assisted with various office tasks.

Garcia also worked as an intern at the Children's Defense Fund, guiding scholars through a literacy curriculum and organizing parent conferences. Fatima further expanded their experience in human resources at the City of Minneapolis, Minneapolis Public Schools, and the Minneapolis Convention Center, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Associate, and Human Resources Intern. In these positions, they provided consultation, assisted with recruitment and onboarding processes, and managed employee records.
