Erin Small

Erin Small is an experienced professional with a strong background in administration and management. Currently an Office Assistant II in the Public Works Department for the City of Napa since November 2023, Erin also serves as the Director of Staff Development at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. since February 2023. Previous roles include Recruiting Coordinator at Western Digital, Junior Account Manager at Finance of America Mortgage LLC, and Recruiting Manager of Finance and Accounting at Robert Half.
