Rina Neeley

Rina Neeley is an experienced planning professional currently serving as an Associate Planner for the City of Noblesville since September 2016. Prior to this role, Rina held various positions at American Specialty Health, including Fitness Network Support Specialist and Reports Coordinator, where skills in data analysis and report preparation were developed.
