Kelsey Garrabrant

Kelsey Garrabrant has extensive experience in public safety and coaching, beginning a career as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Westlake, Ohio, where responsibilities included managing emergency calls and dispatching services for five cities. Kelsey served as a Police Dispatcher for Wellington Police Department and then transitioned to a Correctional Officer role at North Royalton Police Department. Currently, as a Patrol Officer for the City of North Ridgeville, Kelsey applies skills gained through previous roles while holding certifications in Emergency Medical Dispatch and CPR. Kelsey also has coaching experience, having led girls' basketball teams and women's club rugby at Ashland University, emphasizing skill development and program success. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Ashland University.
