Pamela Spencer

Pamela Spencer is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager for the City of Paducah since August 2007. Prior to this role, Pamela worked at WPSD TV from July 2000 to August 2007, where responsibilities included serving as an anchor, meteorologist, and reporter. Pamela's career in broadcasting began at WLUC TV6 from October 1998 to July 2000 as a meteorologist and reporter. Academically, Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of Memphis, a Master of Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Broadcast Meteorology Certificate from Mississippi State University.
