Yewande Olasokan

Yewande Olasokan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist for the City of Peekskill, a role held since December 2019, where guidance and support for client groups and the administration of training for over 240 employees are key responsibilities. Previously, Yewande worked as a Project Manager/Administrative Assistant at Monadnock Construction, Inc., where execution of marketing campaigns for affordable housing projects took precedence. Earlier experiences include roles as a Client Advisor and Sales Manager at Giorgio Armani, focusing on sales management and visual merchandising, and as an Administrative Assistant for the U.S. Department of Justice, responsible for data organization and analysis. Yewande holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
