Joanna Kwok

Joanna Kwok is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in public works and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Assistant Public Works Director and City Engineer for the City of San Rafael since June 2022, Joanna previously held the position of Principal Civil Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer for the City of San Bruno from March 2019 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Design Engineer at BKF Engineers from July 2012 to March 2019. Joanna holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
