Lisa Richards Phr

Lisa Richards, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resource Analyst II for the City of Spokane since March 2015, after progressing from the role of Human Resource Analyst I. Previous experience includes working as a Human Resource Generalist at Kimball Office from 2007 to February 2015, where responsibilities involved coordinating recruitment, selection, onboarding processes, and managing external temporary staffing in collaboration with vendors. Lisa also held the position of Human Resources Representative I at Community Colleges of Spokane from 2002 to 2005 and served as Assistant Human Resources at Spokane Federal Credit Union from 1999 to 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources from Eastern Washington University, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Community Colleges of Spokane, along with participation in the River City Leadership Academy from 2011 to 2013.
