Karen Mora

Karen Mora, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Supervising Human Resources Analyst for the City of Stockton, CA, since March 2019. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst II at the same organization, as well as a Human Resources Representative at the University of the Pacific from June 2017 to March 2019. Additionally, Karen Mora has been a member of Beta Gamma Sigma since February 2021 and began a career in banking as a Bank Teller at Bank of America from November 2010 to June 2016. Karen Mora earned a Master of Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento between 2018 and 2021, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the same institution from 2014 to 2016.
