Kailey Anderson, PHR, MBA-HR, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Kailey currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of Waukesha, a role they have been in since December 2020. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Arts and Science from UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha.

In terms of certifications, Kailey Anderson obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2015.
