Lynn Arner

Lynn Arner is an experienced professional in early childhood development and education, currently serving as the ARPA Part C Initiative Project Coordinator at Alta California Regional Center, managing a $3.5 million initiative to enhance Part C Early Intervention services. With over 16 years of experience at the City of West Sacramento as an Early Learning Specialist and ongoing consultancy with Early Years, Lynn supports the development of children and the guidance of teachers and parents. Additional roles include mentoring childcare providers through the Sacramento County Office of Education and presenting training programs at UC Davis Extension Center for Excellence in Child Development. Lynn's prior experience includes instructing courses at California State University, Sacramento, and leading preschool programs at UC Davis. Lynn holds two Master's degrees in Child Development from the University of California, Davis.
