Juliana Otero

Juliana Otero is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in support and analysis roles. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Analyst for the City of Windsor since 2019, Juliana previously worked as a Business Analyst at USA Technologies Inc. from 2016 to 2019, and held positions at Spartan Controls from 2007 to 2016 as an Application Engineer and Customer Support IT Services. Prior experience includes a Technical Support Analyst role at SITA from 2006 to 2007 and a Student Member position at IEEE from 2003 to 2005 within the ComSoc branch. Juliana Otero holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Telematics Engineering from Universidad ICESI.
