Mitch Sandberg has a history of working in quality assurance engineering roles. Mitch began their career in 2009 as an English Teacher at eClass, where they taught Business English to working professionals at companies such as Ernst & Young, Pfizer, and VTR. In 2012, they joined Fitbit as a QA Engineer, where they tested backend functionality for Fitbit Female Health feature, created and maintained automation suites for Weight, Food & Nutrition, and Wellness teams, and wrote acceptance tests in Javascript for front-end pages developed via Ember framework. In 2018, they joined Civic Technologies as a Lead QA Engineer, where they were the first QA engineer and configured mobile automation framework for Android and iOS apps using Detox and run on Circle CI, as well as manual testing of Android and iOS mobile applications using tools such as ADB and Postman.
Mitch Sandberg achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Mitch also holds a CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) from Cambridge.
