Eric Walker

Eric Walker is a seasoned building engineer with extensive experience in the real estate and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Building Engineer III at ScanlanKemperBard since October 2018, Eric has been involved in the acquisition, management, and transformation of commercial properties. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Lead Building Engineer for the Vulcan account at CBRE from 2014 to October 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Building Engineer at Able Engineering and an OEM Specialist III at Johnson Controls, as well as managerial roles in building engineering at Warwick International Hotels from 1994 to 2000. Eric's educational background includes training in boiler systems.
