Jason Sweby

Jason Sweby is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in the HR and Payroll software sectors. Currently working at Civica since July 2017, Jason transitioned from the role of Technical Director to a part-time Software Developer in March 2024 to focus on software development within legislative and compliance areas. Prior to Civica, Jason served as Technical Director and Owner at Carval Computing Limited, where responsibilities included the development and management of payroll, personnel, and time & attendance software. Early career experience includes a position as a Software Developer at GWC Group Ltd, where Jason contributed to the creation of database and data processing applications. Jason holds a 2:1 degree in Computation and French from The University of Manchester.
