Sharon Berco

Sharon Berco is an experienced HR and operations professional with a robust background in end-to-end HR management, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, salary administration, and employee welfare. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Clalit Health Services since June 2023, Sharon previously held multiple roles at Solcon-IGEL from January 2022 to May 2023, including Operation Manager and HR Manager. Prior experiences include managing operations and HR functions at Horowitz Oshrat - CPA office, and supporting procurement and office management at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in Israel. Sharon began a career in recruitment while serving in the Israel Defense Forces. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BA in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel.
