Stephen Davis

Stephen Davis is an experienced engineering project manager currently employed at Clayton County Water Authority since March 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen served in various capacities at the City of Atlanta from 2015 to March 2023, including project manager, plan review specialist senior, and site engineer. Previous experience includes gas operations at Atlanta Gas Light, design engineering at Ansco & Associates, and construction operations at AT&T, along with a role at Georgia Power Company. Stephen holds a project management certification from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Alcorn State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Drafting and Design Technology from East Mississippi Community College.
