Mark Bleijendaal

Mark Bleijendaal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and laboratory informatics. Currently serving as a Quality Specialist at CLB since June 2017, Mark oversees the establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and provides performance reports to top management. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Project Manager and Quality Manager at Abbott, where responsibilities included managing LIMS implementation projects across various laboratory disciplines. Mark began their career at Starlims Corporation as a Senior Consultant, followed by a role as Hoofd Automatisering at Stichting Artsenlaboratorium voor Amstelland, managing the ICT department. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Biology from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has a strong educational background in various sciences from Jan Arentsz High School.
