Nicole Ewig

Nicole Ewig is an Onsite Implementation Specialist at SpotOn, starting in January 2024. Previously, Nicole served as a Field Implementation Engineer/Trainer at Toast from February 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included designing customized POS solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading training sessions. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at BGM Investment Group, LLC, overseeing IT projects, managing technical issues for employees, and creating schedules. Nicole also worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Competitive Edge Software Incorporated, handling customer support issues and software integration, and as a CRM Support Analyst at Apex @ Northwestern Mutual, assisting with the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Bryant and Stratton College.
