In 2017, they worked as a Receptionist at Morris, where they were responsible for greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and responding to emails. In 2019, they joined IRIS Solutions as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Administrator, where they were responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with assigned healthcare accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering customer feedback to the internal team, and creating and delivering proposals for products and services.
