Jerry Nelson Jr

Jerry Nelson Jr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jerry started their career at JD Power & Associates as a Technical Service Liaison from October 2005 to April 2011. Following that, they joined FCA LLC as a Vehicle Integration/Validation Engineer from June 2011 to September 2015. Jerry then worked at Bosch as an EPS Steering Application Engineer from September 2015 to April 2017.

In 2017, Jerry founded Nels Knows Consulting and served as the CEO. Jerry later joined ClearMotion as a Technical Project Manager from May 2017 to December 2018. At ClearMotion, Jerry also held the position of Technical Sales Manager from January 2019 to May 2023, where they focused on business development, engineering sales, customer demonstration, and technical requirements. Since February 2020, Jerry has taken on the role of a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at ClearMotion, leading an internal group aimed at improving the organization's hiring practices and quality of life for its employees.

Jerry Nelson Jr attended Saginaw Valley State University from 2004 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at the university, they studied subjects including aerodynamics, thermodynamics, energy, and machine design. In 2011, Jerry Nelson Jr graduated and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, in August 2018, they received a certification in Managing Projects and Portfolios with Microsoft PPM from Microsoft.
