Michał Rydz

Michał Rydz has over 9 years of experience in the software industry. Michał began their career in 2012 as a Developer at Hilverse and MFITC, where they developed and maintained web applications using Microsoft technologies. In 2013, they participated in an entrepreneurship-oriented program by Lodz University of Technology, which focused on creating innovative spin-off companies. In 2014, they co-founded REC.BIO Sp. z o.o., a company that creates environmentally friendly IT solutions in the area of smart buildings. In 2016, they worked as a Javascript Developer at Roche, where they developed analytics software platform supporting processes in pharmacovigilance and solutions for pharma project portfolio management. Michał also worked as a Front-End Developer at Transition Technologies and as a Senior Full-Stack Developer at ABB. In 2017, they joined Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o. as a Product Owner and Development Team Lead, where they led software projects, developed best practices for teams, and conducted technical pre-sales activities. Currently, they are a Product Manager and Lead Engineer at Cleeng, where they are responsible for driving product development, creating roadmaps, and scoping features to optimize added product value. Michał also leads a team of engineers and facilitates their professional growth.

Michał Rydz earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and is currently enrolled in 6.01x: Embedded Systems - Shape the World at The University of Texas at Austin. Michał also holds certifications from Scrum.org, including Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (obtained in September 2022), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (obtained in June 2022), and Professional Scrum Master I (obtained in 2014). Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in 2010.
