Luanne Carr

Luanne Carr currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Clements Fluids, overseeing the People Team and HR functions since April 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of HRBP at Kemper, where Luanne reported directly to the EVP and collaborated with various leadership teams. At Ripple Junction Design Co., Luanne was the Director of Talent, Leadership Development, and Culture, driving HR initiatives to support significant growth. Earlier roles at Ameritas included Director of Organizational Development & Training and Manager of Organizational Development & Training, focusing on strategic expansion and human capital management. Luanne has also held positions as Human Resources Manager, HR Consultant, and Senior Human Resources Specialist, contributing to workforce planning and organizational development. In the nonprofit sector, Luanne was Director of Human Resources at Child Focus, supporting a $31 million organization. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
