Stefan Lorenz Olsen has a diverse range of work experience. Stefan Lorenz began their career as a part-time Onboarding and Support role at Clerk.io, where they focused on helping new customers install and configure the system and providing customer support. Stefan Lorenz then moved on to the role of Customer Success Specialist, where they continued to onboard new clients and provide technical support, while also proactively ensuring that clients were utilizing Clerk.io's features effectively. Stefan then advanced to become the Head of Customer Success, taking on responsibilities such as team training, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and achieving positive reviews on the company's Facebook page. Stefan Lorenz later transitioned to the role of Head of Onboarding, where they ensured that new customers had a seamless and world-class experience with Clerk.io, whether they handled the setup themselves or had assistance from their team. Stefan then served as the Head of Product Enablement, leading a team of product experts and sharing their knowledge through various mediums to help external and internal stakeholders succeed. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Product Evangelist, leveraging their expertise in eCommerce, technology, and Clerk.io to promote the company and support its employees and customers.
Before joining Clerk.io, Stefan worked as a Social Care Worker at Helhedstilbudet Gefion, where they assisted mentally handicapped and autistic adults with their daily activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and recreational outings in northern Zealand.
Stefan Lorenz Olsen completed their STX degree at Stenhus Gymnasium & HF from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they studied Musik A, Engelsk A, and Filosofi C. Stefan Lorenz later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication & IT from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2012 to 2015.
