Ron Velazquez

Ron Velazquez has extensive experience in ticket operations and venue experiences. Ron is currently the Sr. Vice President of Venue Experiences & Ticket Operations at the Cleveland Cavaliers / Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Venue Experiences and Ticket Operations at the same company. Ron Velazquez has been with the Cleveland Cavaliers since 2007, initially joining as the Senior Director of Ticket Operations before being promoted to the Vice President role. Before joining the Cleveland Cavaliers, they had experience as the Operations Manager Online Ticketing at Live Nation and as a Project Manager at House of Blues.
