Teresa Cooper is an accomplished professional in the food science industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Ingredients Research Manager at Clif Bar & Company since September 2009, Teresa has held various roles including Ingredients Specialist and Product Developer. Prior to this, Teresa worked at Mattson: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry from September 1994 to April 2000, progressing through positions such as Group Manager and Senior Food Scientist.
