Wendy Lam is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing with extensive experience in the fashion and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Research & Engineering Director for Reusables Product and Sourcing at Kimberly-Clark since May 2024, Wendy has held significant roles such as Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing at Thinx Inc., Associate Vice President of Production & Sourcing at Victoria's Secret, and Senior Director of Production at Tommy John. Wendy's expertise is further evidenced by previous positions that include Director of Sourcing for China and South East Asia at The Children's Place, various managerial roles at Banana Republic, and production positions at ANN INC, LIZ CLAIBORNE INC, and Perry Ellis. Wendy Lam holds a Bachelor of Science in Honours Science and Business with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo.
