Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson has over 20 years of experience in computer operations and desktop support. Paul started their career in 1995 as a Computer Operator at Thrift Drug, where they maintained and supported VMS and IBM AS400 systems for the company's east coast main branch office and remote stores. Paul also handled troubleshooting for software and network issues and processed batch and stand-alone jobs. In 1998, Paul joined Sunquest Information Systems as a Computer Operations/Desktop Support professional. In this role, they supported a company with 500+ employees worldwide, managing desktop systems and performing tasks such as system backups, account creation/maintenance, and CD production. Paul also created and maintained department procedures.

From 1982 to 1985, Paul Jackson attended Coleman College, where they obtained an Associate degree in Computer Information Science.
