Jessica Ongkowijaya has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica is currently working as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since May 2022. Jessica Ongkowijaya has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing and hospitality. In 2012, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication from Universitas Pelita Harapan. Jessica then pursued further education at Langara College, where they obtained a Post Degree Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they briefly attended the University of California, Riverside, where they earned a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Alongside their formal education, Jessica has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they became a Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) and completed the "Accessibility in Action" course offered by Microsoft. In 2021, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification. Additionally, they have acquired specific skills in Scrum Master and Neuro-Linguistic Programming through certifications from LinkedIn and METAMIND Training Coaching Institute, respectively.

Furthermore, Jessica has gained practical experience through the Disney College & International Program Internship and Disney Organizational Leadership Course, both completed in 2018 during their time at The Walt Disney Company.
