Richard Taylor has had a varied and extensive work experience. Richard began their career in 2003 at Lloyds TSB, where they worked in various roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Leadership Development Programme participant. In 2008, they joined Legal & General as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on change management within the Savings department. Richard then moved to Close Brothers in 2011, working as a Business Analyst before becoming the Business Architect. Throughout their career, Richard has developed expertise in business strategy, architecture, analysis, and project management.
