Natalie Roberts has over a decade of experience in the finance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an Analyst at Close Brothers Premium Finance since January 2017, Natalie has previously held various managerial positions at Premium Credit Ltd, including Documentation and Process Control Manager and Customer Onboarding Supervisor, from June 2013 to January 2017. Prior experience includes a role in the Customer Service Department at Premium Credit Ltd from December 2010 to January 2013, as well as a position as a Sales Executive at Wilsons Automobiles & Coachworks Ltd. from June 2009 to December 2010.
