Dexter Esteves

Dexter Esteves is an experienced Delivery Manager currently at Close Brothers since May 2022, with a solid background in management roles at Nationwide Building Society from October 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included both Delivery Manager and Delivery Value Manager positions. Prior to this, Dexter served as a Business Operations Lead at IBM from May 2011 to October 2019, and held the position of Senior Advisor at Nationwide Building Society from 2008 to 2011. Dexter began a career in human resources as an HR Executive at Inox Leisure Limited from July 2006 to September 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The ICFAI University, Dehradun.
