Alex Howe

Alex Howe has an extensive work experience in the corporate development and M&A field. Alex is currently the Head of M&A at CloserStill Media, where they lead transactions through the full life cycle. Prior to that, they held the role of Corporate Development Director at both CloserStill Media and Clarion Events, where they were responsible for origination, acquisition, integration, and disposal of transactions. Before their roles in corporate development, Alex worked at EY as an Assistant Director in Transaction Services, where they conducted financial due diligence assignments. Alex also has experience in internal control and compliance from their time at Citi.

Alex Howe obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law and Business Studies from the University of Birmingham. In September 2006, Alex also obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs.
