Arjun Venugopal

Arjun Venugopal has work experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst at CloudQ since October 2020. Arjun also held the same role at CloudQ @ CLEAResult - Contract starting from January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at IDESK INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED from September 2014 to March 2017. In this role, Arjun demonstrated extensive knowledge in comprehensive testing of system, Client/Server and Web applications, as well as Database Testing. Arjun is proficient in Manual Testing, QTP/UFT, HP Quality Center/ALM 12, and Bug Jira.

Arjun Venugopal completed their education in the field of Computer Science. Arjun obtained a Master of Engineering degree from Tagore Engineering College, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Noorul Islam University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Arjun has also obtained several certifications. Arjun completed the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in December 2021. Arjun also obtained the ACCELQ Automation Engineer certification from ACCELQ® in November 2021. In 2021, they earned the Flosum Professional Level Certification from Flosum and the Software testing implementation certification from IIBC in December 2016.
