Ashley Dollar

Ashley Dollar, SPHR has over 15 years of progressive HR experience. Ashley started as a Resident Assistant at Brigham Young University in 2004 and has since held various HR roles, such as Compensation Manager at Salt Lake Community College and Human Resources Manager at Prime Construction Group, Inc. In 2019, they became the Human Resource Manager at Clyde Companies, Inc., where they currently serve as the Director of Human Resources.

Ashley Dollar, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior/Human Resources from Brigham Young University in 2008. Ashley then pursued a License in Cosmetology from Paul Mitchell the School-Orlando between 2012 and 2014. In 2015, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Management - Human Resources from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Ashley has obtained several certifications, including the SPHR, SPHR® Certification, PHR, RLAT, and RALAT.
