Geoff Blackwell is the president of Canadian Management Centre. Prior to this, they were vice president of business development, sales, and service performance at Korn Ferry from November 2019 to March 2021. Geoff has also been managing director of Canada at Miller Heiman Group from June 2015 to November 2019.
Blackwell has over 25 years of experience in sales and service consulting. Geoff is an expert in sales performance improvement and customer experience. Their knowledge of the art and science of sales helps him advise sales leaders around the world on how to improve their sales performance.
Geoff has helped many companies improve their sales strategies, including a global medical technology business with nearly 11,000 employees and over $4.3 billion in annual sales. After receiving the Strategic Selling workshop and developing a system supported by our LAMP (Large Account Management Process) and Blue Sheets, the company’s German subsidiary quickly capitalized on the benefits of the program, successfully capturing around 10% of the world market in less than two years.
Blackwell’s work has been recognized by various awards, such as Training Industry.com’s Top 20 Sales Training Companies 2018 and Forbes’ Best Management Consulting Companies 2018.
Geoff Blackwell has a MBA in Marketing and International Business from McMaster University as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
