Alec Sea

Alec Sea is an accomplished Industrial Engineer and Project Manager currently at Claims Management Resources, Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include analyzing payment transfer and client data systems to provide strategic recommendations, as well as leading process engineering teams utilizing continuous improvement methodologies.
