Stève Felix

Stève FELIX currently serves as a Partner and French & European Trademark Attorney at ARDAN, a firm formed from the merger of Lambert & Felix and Delucenay & Staeffen. Since January 2020, Stève has been a member of INTA's Parallel Imports Committee, advocating for balanced protection against parallel imports. Active in the CNCPI, Stève holds multiple positions including Co-President of the International Committee and membership on the Advisory Board. Stève is involved in the EUIPO's European Cooperation Project under the ECP 8 program and has been teaching Intellectual Property at Le Mans University since September 2018. Prior experience includes a Managing Partner role at Lambert & Félix Associés, work as an auditor for EUIPO's opposition decisions, and board membership at APRAM. Stève holds a Law & English Program degree from the University of Southern California, a Master II in Intellectual Property from the University of Lille 1, and a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
