Monty Peralta

Monty Peralta has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Monty is currently the Vice-President of Human Resources at CNEX Labs. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at CNEX Labs as well. Before joining CNEX Labs, Monty worked at Visa as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they supported the leadership team in delivering HR services and solutions. Monty also worked at Marvell Semiconductor, where they held various roles including Talent & Organization Development Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. At Marvell, Monty focused on building competencies, delivering talent strategies, and implementing performance improvement solutions. Monty also developed leadership curriculum and contributed to succession planning. Monty had a previous role as a Senior HR Business Partner at Zoran, where their responsibilities included articulating and implementing HR strategies and resolving transition issues during mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Monty worked at Synopsys as an HR Manager and Senior HR Representative, where they managed HR professionals and implemented HR strategies to support business objectives. Monty also consulted with senior leaders on workforce planning, retention strategies, and career development.

Monty Peralta has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law. Additionally, Monty spent a Junior Year Abroad studying at the Università degli Studi di Padova.
