Wendy Lynne Gilpin

Wendy Lynne Gilpin, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Officer for Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since January 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Fellow/Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs from June 2014 to December 2015. Wendy's earlier career at Penn State University spanned from 1995 to 2013, where positions included Engineering Program Manager, Director of Education, Research Associate, and Executive Assistant to the Director. Wendy holds a Ph.D. and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Penn State University.
