Baileigh Millender

Baileigh Millender is an experienced operations professional, currently serving as Operations Manager at CNM since February 2023 after previously holding the title of Operations Coordinator. Prior to CNM, Baileigh served as Director of Operations at Southern Roots from January 2020 to January 2023, and worked as an Administrative and Events Assistant at Warren Wildlife Gallery for a brief period in late 2019. Baileigh's career began in the hospitality industry as a Baker at Book Club Cafe, demonstrating versatility by progressing from a hostess position. Additional experiences include serving as a Missionary with Adventures In Missions, a Store Manager at Southern Roots, Assistant Pastry Chef at Lucy’s, Community Outreach Coordinator at Mitscoots Outfitters, Ministry Executive at Ignite College Ministry, and a Publicity Strategist Intern at Campus Renewal. Baileigh holds a degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2012 and 2015.
