David Enos

David Enos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership within the defense industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Program Management at CAES since 2020, David leverages a robust background in PMO leadership and Enterprise Portfolio Management to drive successful outcomes for Tier-1 Defense company clients. Previous roles include Program Director and Operations Manager for the National Visa Center at PAE and Executive Director of Program Management for Precision Targeting Systems at Elbit Systems of America, where David oversaw complex military systems and operations. David's career spans multiple companies, including General Dynamics and Raytheon, where significant contributions were made to program execution, business development, and large-scale operational management. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of New Hampshire and has completed an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University.
