Melissa Hurm

Melissa Hurm has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Associate at Eaton Aerospace in 1999. Melissa then worked at MTU Drive Shafts as a Sr. Human Resources Representative before moving on to Global Aeronautica as a Human Resources Manager. After that, they joined Lee Distributors; Reyes Beverage Group as a Human Capital Manager. Melissa progressed to BAE Systems as a Human Resources Manager II before landing at CAES, where they advanced to the roles of Human Resources Director, Senior Director Human Resources, and Vice President Human Resources.

Melissa Hurm completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of South Carolina from 1990 to 1994. Melissa went on to earn their Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Training & Development from Webster University from 2000 to 2004.
