Carolyn Grimes

Carolyn Grimes holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at California State University, Dominguez Hills. With extensive experience in human resources, Carolyn serves as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Mettler-Toledo Rainin since December 2021 and has held the position of Human Resource Manager at Cobham SATCOM since April 2014, where responsibilities include payroll administration, benefits management, training, and legal compliance. Previous roles include Human Resource Director at ACT Medical Group and ABC-CLIO, and Human Resource Manager at Moss Motors, where Carolyn implemented various efficiency improvements and performance measurement systems, demonstrating a strong track record in workforce management, recruitment, and process optimization.
