Patricia Godfrey

Patricia Godfrey is an experienced legal and advisory professional currently serving as an Advisory Partner at Fidelio Partners since July 2024 and holding multiple roles at Cockpit Arts since 2019, including Trustee & Non-Executive Director and Member of the Nominations Committee. As Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee at the German British Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 2001, Patricia has demonstrated significant leadership. Additional roles include Mentor at Leaders Plus, Fellow at the American College of Bankruptcy, and Consultant at GSK Stockmann from January 2023 to January 2024. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President and Director at the German British Forum and Partner at CMS until 2019. Patricia also contributed to the International Insolvency Institute and the International Bar Association as a Board Director and Co-Chair, respectively. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) HONS degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completed between 1981 and 1984.
