Christine Schmitt

Christine Schmitt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Christine is currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Communications at codecentric AG since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Novatec Consulting GmbH from September 2016 to July 2022. From January 2014 to August 2016, they worked as a freelancer, specializing in project management, event conception, and sponsorship consulting. Christine also served as the Head of Events & Sponsorship at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt from January 2005 to December 2013. Christine has experience in event marketing and was a freelancer at VOK DAMS Agency for Events and Live-Marketing in September-December 2004. Christine worked as a marketing and event coordinator at EURO Kartensysteme GmbH from November 1992 to December 2003. Additionally, they have experience working as a freelancer for Daimler AG and as a department head for accommodation and catering at Stuttgarter Messe- und Kongressgesellschaft mbH in 1992. Christine began their career as a marketing coordinator for Rad-Weltmeisterschaft 1991 Stuttgart e.V. in January-December 1991.

Christine Schmitt attended the University of Bayreuth from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they pursued a degree in Sportökonomie and successfully obtained a Diplom.
