Kate Dolan

Kate Dolan is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as People Practices Senior Manager at Electronic Arts since February 2021, Kate previously held the position of People Practices Manager. Additionally, Kate has been a Human Resources Manager at Codemasters since September 2019 and served as Human Resources Director at the University of Warwick Students' Union for over a decade, from September 2008 to August 2019. Earlier in the career, Kate gained valuable experience as Human Resources Manager at Barry Callebaut Group and progressed through various roles at L'Oréal, including Learning and Development Manager, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Coordinator from 2000 to 2005.
