Andrea Szekely

Andrea Szekely has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Codespring since July 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Andrea worked at ELC GROUP from October 2018 to July 2021 as a Human Resources Generalist, where significant achievements included the establishment of HR systems and performance management processes across European offices. Andrea's earlier tenure at World Vision spanned nearly two decades, during which key roles included Strategic Initiatives Coordinator and Humanitarian Emergency Affairs Capacity Building Manager. In these positions, Andrea coordinated global initiatives, managed disaster response teams, and developed training programs. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Babes-Bolyai University, with a pending final thesis, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the same institution.
